Parent/Guardian School Climate Survey

Good evening, Palmerton Area School District parents and guardians.

Through a partnership with the Colonial Intermediate Unit 21 and the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Office of Safe Schools, the Palmerton Area School District is conducting a climate survey.  According to the National School Climate Center, school climate refers to the quality and character of school life and reflects the norms, goals, values, interpersonal relationships, teaching, learning, leadership practices, and organizational structures experienced by members of the school community.  During the next several weeks, we will be gathering information from various groups of people affiliated with the school district through the completion of online school climate surveys.

This is where you come in!

In addition to soliciting input from students and employees, we are asking parents and guardians to take a few minutes to complete a brief online survey.  This survey link will be available until Friday, June 4 and can be accessed via the following link:  https://bit.ly/3el4DSK

The survey is anonymous and will only take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete.  We would greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey.

Thank you for your assistance.
