Dedicated to developing, implementing, and monitoring district-wide policies that support healthy eating, physical activity, and overall student and staff well-being in compliance with PDE and federal guidelines.
The Wellness Committee develops, reviews, and evaluates the Local School Wellness Policy and its triennial progress. It provides recommendations to SFA leadership and the Board of School Directors regarding school meal environments, nutrition standards, and wellness goals.
