Title IX Compliance

The Palmerton Area School District is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and equitable learning and working environment free from discrimination based on sex, in compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. Title IX protects students, employees, and applicants from sexual harassment, sexual assault, and other forms of sex-based discrimination in all school programs and activities.
